Redesign of the existing study nook as part of a larger renovation to this house in Melbourne. The skylight, positioned above the shower, through its height and proportions provide drama and an ever changing perspective to the sky above.

Through relocating the point of entry and extending the building line, the arrival experience is now enhanced and oriented along the glass facade, with glass doors that open fully and flood the interior with natural light, connecting the occupants with the outside. This added transparency promotes views to the pool from the Kitchen/ Dining area and easy access to the outdoor entertaining areas.

The existing kitchen has been re-orientated and enhanced to a larger footprint with the addition of an island bench and functional pantry. Removal of the existing low height ceiling to highlight the pitched ceilings and the added sky lights combine to give a sense of space and focus.

Redesign of a Heritage listed building in Melbourne's CBD, with offices contained on the 5th and 6th Floor. 

An interior aiming to embrace the old but at the same time creating a new layer that sits in harmony, a bold, refined interior that is modern, dynamic and innovative through its use of scale, materials and use of light.

Concept Design and Design Development for the existing Citibank Headquarters façade in Seoul , South Korea.

Documentation, Project management and Implementation by Diadem.

Designed to animate as the viewer moves by, static panels orchestrated at differing angles, each panel set off a grid pattern and fins spaced differently combine to create movement, interest and a presence that draws the eye to the brand above. The angles of the facade appear to change throughout the day due to the movement and projection of the sun.

Careful consideration was given to the customer experience, customer journey, product display and materiality. The first store to introduce a ‘Front of House’ Workshop that set a benchmark in the industry, sitting centre stage and reflecting the Giant Brand as a innovative, leading edge and global market leader.

Studio Grace worked closely with the owners of this Northcote weatherboard house in Melbourne.

Providing guidance and direction throughout the design process from formulating a brief to forming a design concept tailored to their family's needs. Studio Grace provided concept design, design development and documentation for construction. Services also included sourcing fixtures and fittings, materials and general interior design consultation.

Stompbox is an action sports, performing and creative arts centre, capable of holding international competition, events and designed to inspire youth and young adults. Stompbox will be the first of its kind in Australia. Studio Grace has been engaged as Lead Design Consultant.

The existing outdoor terrace has been re-defined, creating a modern and relaxed environment set on different levels. The fireplace with its clean lines, contrast the landscaping and extend the space’s use through the colder winter Melbourne months.
